How often do I have to empty the water?Every 3 to 4 months dependent on usage

Does the tub need to be plumbed in?No. Just filled with a garden hose. The only connection required is electric

Will it work on a standard household 13amp socket?Some spas do and some require a dedicated supply running out from your main consumer unit ( fusebox ) So please check on each spa of its electric requirements. We will talk you through this anyway

Do I need to add chemicals?You will need some form of sanitizer to keep the water clean and fresh. Most use Chlorine or Bromine but there are now some Chemical Free products that are softer on the skin such as Aquasafe 90

Does it need a solid base?Yes, either concrete, patio or well built deck (must be level)

Do the hot tub go up on their side for delivery?Yes

Is the temperature variable?Yes, by the top side control. No more than 40degrees C. 35-38 is preferable. 40 is very hot and you will come out looking rather red

How often do you turn it on?You leave it plugged in continuously. The thermostat will regulate the temp and only turn it on when needed. When you want to get in the Jets button will turn the jets on and override the thermostat

Can it overheat?No, there is a temp override feature

Does it have a lid?Yes, Solid, thermal with side straps. Folds in the middle to allow easy removal. There are cover removing devices to aide cover removals starting from £99.00 inc vat

Can you turn the jets off individually?Yes, just twist, but don’t turn them all off as you will cause a blockage which will damage the system

Can they be used through the winter?Yes, in fact many customers use their spas more in the winter

Can they be used indoors?Yes

How long will they take to heat up?Approx 7 to 10 hours but once hot they maintain the temp themselves
